These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the W3TecHub website and services, including job listings, placement assistance, AI-powered recruitment, training programs, corporate consultancy, and the Resume Builder tool (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, submitting a job application, enrolling in a training program, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 16 years old or the legal minimum working age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using our Services you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Services We Offer

• Job listings and placement assistance for skilled and semi-skilled candidates.
• AI-powered resume screening and candidate-role matching.
• Professional training, corporate training, and industrial skill development programs.
• HR and recruitment consultancy for employers.
• Free tools such as the Resume Builder, provided on an "as is" basis.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice.

4. Candidate Obligations

• Provide true, accurate, and current information in your profile, resume, and job applications.
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, work experience, or identity.
• Attend scheduled interviews, training sessions, and assessments that you commit to, or inform us in advance if you cannot.
• Use job listings and employer contact information solely for legitimate job-seeking purposes.

5. Employer & Client Obligations

• Post genuine, lawful job openings with accurate role, compensation, and location details.
• Not use candidate information obtained through W3TecHub for any purpose other than legitimate recruitment.
• Comply with applicable labor laws, including non-discrimination and fair wage requirements, in all hiring conducted through our platform.
• Honor the terms of any recruitment or consultancy engagement agreed with W3TecHub.

6. Fees & Payments

Certain training programs and consultancy engagements require payment of fees, as communicated at the time of enrollment or engagement. Job listings, job applications, and the Resume Builder are free for candidates. All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing, and are subject to our Refund Policy.

7. No Guarantee of Placement

While W3TecHub works to connect trained, assessed candidates with hiring partners, we do not guarantee that any candidate will receive a job offer, or that any employer will find a suitable candidate. Placement outcomes depend on multiple factors including market conditions, candidate performance, and employer decisions that are outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, course material, and the Resume Builder tool — is the property of W3TecHub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except for your own resume/output generated through the Resume Builder, which you own.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
• Posting fake job listings or using the platform to harvest candidate data for unrelated purposes.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Uploading content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, W3TecHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, loss of income, or hiring decisions made by third-party employers. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to W3TecHub in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or W3TecHub. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
